This spacious 3BR first floor unit has a screened patio with a scenic and peaceful lake view (the lake does not overlook any homes or buildings). It is located in the gated community of Oakwater Resort in Kissimmee, Florida just 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World. Our condo has all of the comforts of your own home. NEW! Free Wireless Internet Access! The master bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, two large closets, cable LCD TV with built in DVD player, en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has a Full Sized Bed and cable LCD TV with built in DVD player. The third bedroom has two twin beds and cable LCD TV with built in DVD player. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. This condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a 40" LCD cable TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa bed. This condo sleeps up to 8 people. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience. Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo. This unit is conveniently located close to the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy access to all of the resort amenities. Oakwater Resort has a beautiful heated tropical swimming pool, a spa hot tub, a clubhouse, gym and fitness center, basketball, volleyball, and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy. Oakwater Resort and our condo are located just 1.5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort. This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened patio only. Our rates start at $95 per night, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $200 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival.
